Thank you for visiting and shopping at lemap.co . Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time

All orders are HANDMADE and produced within 4-6 business days  (or 1-3 business day if you choose priority processing). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.


If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, please contact us via email or chat.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We ship our products worldwide. The parcels will be sent from our Polish or Ukrainian workshop.

Fast Express Shipping 5-13 business days via UPS and Nova Post

Please use full addresses instead of PO boxes 

We do not offer delivery to PO Boxes, APO and Military bases.

LeMap.co ships to addresses within the U.S and CA. Territories.


Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within few days, as all shipments sent from Poland or Ukraine and after come to Polish UPS office. The parcels will tracking after they arrived to USA UPS office.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

My lemap.co is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

lemap.co is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
